I have my own special, secluded spots throughout Auckland, mainly working in South Auckland and the Franklin area.
Even though you’re likely to be nervous beforehand, it won’t take you long to slow down, relax and feel comfortable in my presence. 
You’ll feel empowered and a boost in your self confidence as I guide you through poses and moving naturally! 
You’ll work towards (if you don’t already!) loving the body you’ve been blessed with.
